Although bedding is important you don't need to go and spend a lot of money on brand new bedding for the complete home, you could ask your friends and borrow some if need be. It is also worth looking through the sale areas of your nearby shops. Keep in mind the bedding has to give the impression of being good, it doesn't need to be heavy duty and you could just get it out when you are having a house viewing if you wish to.
